I am a career strategist with over 2 decades of working experience, spending 10 years in marketing and 10 years coaching professionals through career transitions and growth. I had a path that looked good from the outside: the title, the trajectory, the things you are supposed to want. But on the inside, I was anxious and burned out, and I couldn’t understand what step to take next.
I eventually realized I had spent years chasing goals and presenting myself based on what other people wanted from me. I had never stopped to ask what I needed, what I was genuinely good at, or what success meant to me. When I stopped leading with what sounded safe and started leading with what was true, everything shifted. And then I had to learn how to tell that story.
That is the work I now get to do with my clients. It’s a true honor to get to know the people I work with, help them see the value and potential they bring, and use everything I know to help them put it into words and go after what they deserve.
